Soultenders, Inc. and Soultenders Psychological Services, Inc. and their independently-contracted clinicians, behavioral health professionals, counselors and other providers (for ease of reference, collectively, “Soultenders”)2 comply with applicable federal and state civil rights laws and do not discriminate on the basis of your race, color, national origin, religion, ancestry, ethnic group identification, citizenship, primary language, or immigration status, mental disability, physical disability, medical condition, genetic information, marital status, sex (including pregnancy, sexual orientation, and gender identity), age, or disability.

Soultenders provides, or can arrange for:
- Assistance for People with Disabilities: Free aids and services to people with disabilities to communicate effectively with us. You can ask for qualified sign language interpreters and/or for written information to be provided in other formats (large print, audio, accessible electronic formats, and other formats). Soultenders also can provide or arrange for other reasonable modifications for people with disabilities.
- Language Assistance: Free language assistance services for individuals whose primary language is not English. This assistance may include qualified language interpreters and/or written information in other languages.
